In this Policy the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Economos Lawyers and its associated entities.

What we do

Economos Lawyers provides legal services through its solicitors and in house barristers and may engage the services of external barristers.

Collection and Purpose

We only collect personal information that is essential for us to carry on our business, communicate with clients about specific matters, and to communicate with clients, contacts and visitors about legal updates and events, and to market our services.

We may collect personal information from you in the course of visiting our website if you input any personal information into the website.  Visitors can send e-mails to us to make comments and enquire about our legal services.  The e-mails may include the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and the visitor’s comment.  These
e-mails will be forwarded to the relevant person in the law firm whom may respond to the e-mail in their discretion.

In addition, we also use cookies to collect anonymous traffic data.  It tells us when you use the website, the specific pages of the website visited, and the links taken to arrive at our website.  We collect the anonymous traffic data for statistical purposes and to help customise your website experience.

Disclosure

We may use personal information about our clients, contacts and visitors to send them legal updates and information which is helpful to them such as invitations to events.  If these people have informed us in writing not to contact them for marketing purposes then we will not use the personal information for marketing purposes.
